Therapy for Men in Show Low & the White Mountains
Maybe the same relationship problems follow you from partner to partner, and you're starting to see that the common thread is you. Maybe you identify things you would like to change in your relationships or boundaries you would like to create. That realization takes courage. Therapy at EROS is a direct, judgment-free place for men in Show Low, across Arizona's White Mountains and online throughout Arizona and Missouri to understand their patterns and change them for good.
You might be here because
You've been unfaithful, and you want to understand why, not just stop.
Your relationships keep ending the same way.
You shut down, get defensive or blow up, and regret it later.
You're separated or divorced and don't want to repeat the past.
You find it easier to blame others than to look at yourself, and you're tired of that.
You were taught to handle everything alone.
What we work on
Honesty. A space where you can tell the whole truth without being judged.
Patterns. Where your ways of loving and protecting yourself came from.
Accountability. Owning the impact of your choices, without drowning in shame.
Your nervous system. Learning to stay steady instead of shutting down or lashing out.
Dating and relationships. Building connection based on honesty, not control or escape.
Direct and practical
No performing here. Just the truth, and what to do with it. I won't lecture you, and I won't let you off the hook. Men who do well here are honest about where they are and willing to do the work. If that's you, you're welcome here.
Therapy for men in the White Mountains
In-person sessions are at my Show Low office, serving men from Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake, Taylor, Heber-Overgaard and the wider White Mountains. Online sessions are available anywhere in Arizona and Missouri for privacy and flexibility.
Questions from men
I cheated. Will you judge me? No. I work with both sides of the street. We'll look honestly at what happened and why, without excusing the harm and without shaming you.
I'm not good at talking about feelings. Most men I work with aren't, at first. We start where you are, and I'll keep things practical.
Can this help me save my marriage? It can help you become a better partner. Whether your marriage continues depends on both of you, and couples counseling may help too.
