A clear beginning for complicated relationships.

You do not need to know exactly what is wrong or which service you need. The inquiry process is designed to help determine whether EROS is the right fit and which format best matches your relationship.

Step 1 — Complete the confidential inquiry form

Tell me briefly what is bringing you in, where each partner will be located during services, and whether you are seeking ongoing therapy or an intensive.

The form also screens for factors that may affect whether couples work is safe and clinically appropriate.

Step 2 — Review fit and options

I will review your inquiry and respond with the most appropriate next step. If the work appears to be a fit, you will receive information about scheduling, fees, policies, and required forms.

EROS does not offer free consultation calls. The inquiry process is designed to provide clarity without asking you to summarize your relationship in an informal sales conversation.

Step 3 — Begin with assessment

The first phase of couples work focuses on understanding your relationship history, current concerns, recurring cycle, strengths, goals, and any factors that affect safety or treatment planning.

Assessment is not separate from therapy. From the beginning, we are looking for the pattern that keeps taking over and the moments in which something different becomes possible.

Step 4 — Work toward measurable change

Together, we will define what improved connection would actually look and feel like in your relationship. Progress may include less escalation, more emotional responsiveness, greater honesty, restored affection, more consensual and meaningful sexuality, or confidence in a difficult relationship decision.
